MOTORGUIDE NEW "MAX PRO" UNITS
DESIGNED TO KEEP ANGLERS FROM BEING HALF CHARGED
Finally, heres the on-board battery chargers that every boat angler has been waiting for. Its the new MotorGuide "Max Pro" chargers that come in 2 bank and 3 bank models. Both versions have many unique features not available on other on-board chargers. Go ahead, just read on to find out more.
A real key feature is the "Push to Test" button which gives fishermen the on-the-water capability to monitor remaining battery power for trolling motor use. Imagine that, simply push a button to determine the remaining charge.
These chargers are 100% waterproof. Thats what you should expect in something that spends its time on the water, right? Right, but dont ever take that for granted.
Both the 2 bank and the 3 bank models deliver a whopping 15 amps of power to each battery from each bank. That means faster charging times. And, thanks to built-in current limitations, you dont have to worry about over-charging because its not going to happen. Therefore, your batteries will have a longer life, and charging is a safer process.
In fact, safety is always a concern and these chargers are at the top of the "Safest" list, for both you and your boat. These chargers have ignition protection and temperature sensing to assure safety and for a maximum charge profile. Theres also reverse polarity and short circuit protection.
And, when you do have battery problems, the chargers have color coded battery leads so you can quickly and easily locate the trouble battery. After all, we want you out there on the water fighting fish, not your batteries.
Max Pro II is a 2 bank charger that measures 3" x 6 5/8" x 10" and weighs about
9 1/2 pounds.
The Max Pro III is a 3 bank charger that measures 3" x 6 5/8" x 13 3/8" and weighs about 13 pounds.
